  • Charterer arranging own catering will be subject to a RM1,000 corkage charge. This fee includes loading and unloading of items as well as clearing and washing of the vessel.
  • For long term arrangements, an advanced allowance will be charged for fuel and F&B (15% of charter price).
  • Additional fee for overnight parking or extended usage.
  • Relocation of vessel will incur an additional charge and may be applied whenever necessary.

BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS

Booking must be made more than 2 weeks before day of charter. All reservations are to be made in writing through email or by telephone. Kindly provide details such as purpose, date, time, destination & no. of pax. Once confirmed, please make a 50% deposit for us to commence arrangements. Clients must pay remaining fees 24 hours (working day) before date of booking. 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

BONSERRA SDN. BHD. reserves the right to cancel or substitute any scheduled port of call at anytime and for any reason whatsoever without notice. In the event that our clients have to cancel their booking, our policy abides by the period of time after booking was made.

  • 7 working days prior to departure: Deposit fully refunded to client.
  • 3 working days prior to departure: Deposit refunded in half to client.
  • 1 working day prior to departure: Deposit non-refundable.
